We are committed to providing “hands-on” management so we can better understand and meet our client’s/tenants needs; in addition this allows us to ensure the quality we demand and the proper delivery on our commercial developments.

Scott Alldridge and his father David Alldridge came together in partnership in 1998 after years of successful experience in businesses and real estate individually to create A&A Properties Northwest.

Our initial development was our Class A Offices and Data Center Facility on Crescent Avenue in Eugene, Oregon. Since that time we have continued to build and develop additional properties that have proven to be very successful.
